Midland VW are able to provide customers with a free loan car for most situations. The basic criteria is:
- No longer than 2 days requirement (1 Day preferred) as we only have access to 2 cars and they are very popular. For longer booking you will need to make other arrangements.
- Customer must provide their own insurance, most decent insurers cover you to drive other cars and we will require a copy of your current insurance upon collection of car. It is upto you to confirm with your insurer if you are covered or not.
- We prefer you to stay within a 30 mile radius of Midland VW, if you are to be traveling further please advise at time of booking
- Your vehicle must be booked in for work Midland VW deem appropriate for a free loan vehicle. Midland VW can use their discretion here IE if your car is in for say an MOT on its own, or a diagnostic check it isn't really appropriate, how ever for example a full service and MOT where we will need the car for a short while it would be.
- All loan vehicles are to be returned with same amount of fuel as they are taken away with.
